HTML Emails
For someone who has just spent money on your store, the last thing that they want to see is a confirmation email that is nothing but plain text. They want to know that they've put their trust in a company that provides a top level service, even for the smallest of considerations. An email that includes your logo, properly formatted invoice layout and full details of their order gives your customers peace of mind and something tangible to refer to until their order arrives

To ensure that ALL customers are able to read their order confirmations, each individual email is sent in multipart format, including a full copy in plain text for those with software which prevents the delivery of HTML formatted emails.

Within your Store Manager, you have the ability to set your own colour scheme for your HTML emails, include your own choice of logo and provide truncated versions of your terms and conditions, delivery and shipping policies. As with all Ingenii installations, your HTML emails will be set up by our team of skilled developers so that you will be able to take orders immediately BUT... if you decide to change anything yourself thereafter, the functionality is there to allow you to do so.
