Edit Orders / Partial Shipments
One of the most recent developments within the Ingenii stable is the ability to send out partial shipments to your customers rather than delaying the full order for the sake of one or two items that may be out of stock when they place their order.
In order to keep your customer up to date with the process of the order, you have the ability to enter custom comments alongside each individual product and select a status individually such as "included in order", "to follow", "on order" etc.
After partially shipping the order, when the next product becomes available for shipping, you can reselect this order and select the items that were sent previously to "despatched previously" and the latest item to "included in order", for example.
