Product Reviews
There is no-one better qualified to tell your customers about how good your products are than those that have already purchased! With an Ingenii store, your registered customers have the ability to write their own product reviews to explain the ins and outs that may not necessarily be covered within the main product description provided by the supplier or by your administrative team.

Any reviews submitted will automatically be placed in a separate holding database so that they can be vetted by your store administrators prior to being either accepted or declined. Accepted reviews become available immediately, and each product page will include a maximum number of reviews on display (set by you) with a link to view the full list of reviews if the total number is greater than the number on display. As soon as your products receive a review, the "Average Rating" will also kick in, showing your customers an overall product rating based on all accepted reviews.
