Perhaps the most annoying thing for any customer is when they jump from one product to another, and lose track of the original product. They're unlikely to remember the product code for the item, and would have to remember the name of the product in order to search for it again, so how do you then make sure that your customer is able to get back to their original product choice?

Whenever one of your registered customers browses your product database, the Ingenii software will automatically record all of the items that they view, displaying up to FIVE of these previous products on their page at all times, allowing them to immediately jump back to any of the last five products that they've viewed.
