Trade Accounts
Another important feature from Ingenii is the ability to offer trade accounts with wholesale pricing structures. This can work on many different levels, such as categories which are viewable only to trade customers as well as automatic trade discounts, and the ability to select trade-only payment methods such as invoice or purchase order.

For stores offering an entirely separate product range for trade customers, the store can be set up so that trade customers will see exclusive categories which are hidden to regular customers. Their search boxes will also contain a checkbox to specify whether the search should be within the trade categories only, or whether all store products should be included in the search. Every product will also show a trade price, allowing the customer to see their final price at all times.

Similarly, whenever a product is added to the cart, the customer will not only see the database price, but also their dedicated trade price after discount. On checkout, the payment methods will change for trade customers to show alternative payment methods such as purchase order or invoice on despatch.
